Welcome to ChibiCards — we're glad you're here. Whether you're adding one card to a favourite binder or exploring a new collection, here's a little help with shopping with us.

Who is behind ChibiCards?

Chibi runs ChibiCards, a UK collectibles shop. You'll find Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball and Magic: The Gathering cards, including singles, sealed products and graded cards, alongside our other listed collections. You can find ChibiCards on eBay too.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £4.99 per order, including Northern Ireland and BFPO. We don't currently offer international delivery. See our shipping policy for details.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed by 11am Monday–Friday are dispatched within 1–2 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2–3 working days to arrive). You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Shopping for a special date? Ask us before ordering.

Where can I check a card's condition or grading?

Start with the individual listing's description and photos for condition, grading and what is included. If you'd like to check a detail before buying, send us a message — we'd rather help you choose than leave you guessing.

Can I return an item?

Please read our returns and refunds policy for the return process, time limits and how an item's condition may affect a refund. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order details. This FAQ does not replace the policy or affect your statutory rights.

Is your website stock linked to eBay?

Our website and eBay stock are synchronised every minute to help reduce the chance of the same item selling twice. Updates aren't instantaneous, so an availability conflict can still happen. If you have a question about a particular item, please contact us.
